SICK POLICY 

Keep your child home if they are showing any signs or symptoms of illness. Similarly, if any other members of your family have a fever or are sick, we request that you keep your child home.

Any child with a temperature of 100.4 or above will be sent home. Temperature screenings will be conducted via an infrared touchless thermometer. 

Children must be symptom free (without the aid of a fever reducing medication) for 72 hours before returning to camp. 

 If your child has an excessive and unusual runny nose, cough or sneeze, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, loss of taste or smell, or any other symptoms typical of COVID-19, we will ask that you pick up your child and keep him/her home for 72 hours. In some cases, a note from your child’s doctor will be required for your child to return to camp. 

There are no refunds for camp missed due to sickness.

REFUND POLICY 

Until June 1st if you choose to cancel your reservations, you will be refunded all tuition paid (minus 6% credit card processing fee) besides the $100 non-refundable deposit (which can be used as a credit for another camp in the future).

After June 1st if you choose to cancel your reservations, there will not be any refunds (but you can use it as a credit for another camp in the future). 

There is no refund for daily absences.
